Greetings fellow BVFO Officials. As you should all be aware, chapter dues of $50 are due tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 22. The chapter meeting being remote tomorrow is no excuse for late dues as we have all worked several games by now and have had ample time to prepare for this annual expense. Many of you still owe chapter dues and I have not heard from you. Please reach out to me ASAP to make arrangements to have these paid on time or please use the fast, easy & convenient Zelle bank transfer option for an instant payment. (See previous posts/emails/Treasurer's reports for reminders on how to pay dues). Further, any dues payment received (i.e. not post marked, mailed or otherwise made arrangements with me) after the due date will incure a $10 late fee for at total owed to the chapter of $60. It is imperative that all chapter members not only pay dues, but pay dues in a timely fashion as this helps us with our operating expenses and in making future plans for the chapter. Not paying chapter dues (may) subject members to not receiving game assignments, reporting to the PIAA and potentially other invonceniences as per our Chapter Bylaws. Hope all are well. As a reminder, Chapter Dues are now $50 and are due on Tuesday, Sept. 22. You may recall, this meeting is remote due to a schedule conflict at HMS. This is not however, a valid excuse for a late dues payment. Please make arrangements with me to pay your dues on time or otherwise plan on attending the meeting on Sept. 15. Any dues paid after the Sept. 22 due date will be assessed a $10 late fee = $60. Below are some reminders for how to pay dues. • Dues are due on Tuesday, Sept. 22 (6th meeting). This meeting will be virtual due to schedule conflict with Highland Middle School. Please make arrangements with me to have your dues paid on time due to this meeting being virtual. After Sept. 22, a $10 late fee will be added to the regular $50 dues for late payments.
• PayPal Account: has been cancelled/closed
• Zelle Account: The Chapter is now set up to receive funds via Zelle. Members who chose to utilize this option to pay dues may do so by entering my email address into the Zelle app or via their personal banking website/app. My email address is; bobbiejobelus55@gmail.com.
